The millions who camped in front of the nation's Best Buy stores for just the right deal on televisions and DVDs also had a chance to get a Black Friday bargain on products promoting the presidential candidates of their choice.
"This Black Friday, take 10% off all purchases of #Obama2012 gear," President Obama's campaign wrote to their 11.2 million or so followers on Twitter.
So supporters can take that $20 soy candle with the Obama 2012 label home for $18. Or the $40 "Rhodium Ball ornament" for $36. Or the $20 "Cup of Joe" mug, featuring a smiling Joe Biden, for $18.
Mitt Romney's campaign wasn't to be outdone.
"The campaign store is having a Cyber Monday sale," the campaign told Twitter 177,000 followers. If they sign up for an online supporter's account, they can get a coupon, whose value was not disclosed.
Like Romney and Obama, Ron Paul sells T-shirts and hats, but he also sells "issue cards," explaining in detail his positions on the economy, energy independence and the Federal Reserve.
