Enter, like a Fairy Godmother in a pantomime, Lia Leendertz, author of this year’s prettiest gardening book. ‘Even if you work from home,’ writes Lia, ‘the garden just serves as another chore to be ticked off the list.’ Oh, Lia, you’ve read my mind!
‘After dark,’ Lia urges, ‘your garden could be a magical place. It could be a secret hideaway, a place to smell the sultry fragrances of night-blooming flowers and listen to the scuttling of noctural creatures. . .’
Actually, I’m not sure about the scuttle of nocturnal creatures. They have rats the size of cats in East Greenwich. Anyway, do carry on. . .
‘Or you might prefer it as a venue for throwing memorable candlelit parties warmed by wafts of gentle breezes. . .’
Yes, I think I’d definitely prefer that. Who cares that my patch is about 10ft square and completely overgrown, Lia’s ravishing candle lanterns, made from baby-food jars, and her tiny moon-gazing pond, for meditating on the reflection of the full moon (or, where I live, the orange sodium street light) are instant mood-lifters for dark winter evenings.
Our company Are certain You Will Be Enthusiastic About Our Most current 2(x)ist Men’s Essential Boxer Brief, Black, X-Large
Although there are several products very like our newest 2(x)ist Men’s Essential Boxer Brief, Black, X-Large presently on the market, we recognized that none of them have had the features we have built into ours. The strategy driving our most up-to-date item is that rather than providing you another basic model which does not do quite what it is marketed as carrying out, we wished to supply you with a product which moved far past this.
The concept behind every new product just isn’t to simply come up with yet another edition of the identical ones that are currently available, nobody wants this and also there are too many corporations presently doing this. At 2xist underwear for men we set out to virtually transform the 2(x)ist Men’s Essential Boxer Brief, Black, X-Large. Our engineers returned to the drawing board and started from the beginning. We checked out exactly what our first product had and set out to produce it more effective....
Since I discovered 2(x)ist, about 5 years ago, that is all I wear. I assumed all men’s underwear would be the same, having only purchased white cotton Jockey’s in 3 packs at a low price since a kid (I am 60 now). I tried 2(x)ist and found no comparison in the feel. I am not into the loosness of boxers, no matter what the trend is. This style is very comfortable, but I personally prefer the 1003 contour pouch brief.
I have long been a hater and non-wearer of underwear. This hate wasn’t a blind hate or a specific hate towards a single style; I hated all underwear. At the beginning of this semester, I was faced with a challenge, scrubs. The polyester/cotton blend just didn’t provide the same security as the denim of my beloved 501 style Levi’s did. I had to get underwear. I tried out a few of the easy-to-find-in-store brands, Hanes and Jockey, my heart and junk were left squashed. Then I did what any reasonable man of means and knowledge would do I took my search to the Internet. It lead me to the trendy 2(x)ist brand over and over again. I was put off by the price, a little over fifteen dollars per pair, but had to try them. I ordered a pair. They came in a box. A slide out box. Underwear in a well-designed slide out box. I loved that time was put in the packaging of the product and after putting them on I knew why. They deserved a pretty box and I deserved the underwear. I quickly ordered a week’s worth.

A Pagan Reclaiming Forgiveness I didn't expect forgiveness to be a theme of this brief caroling experience. I thought my time singing Christmas songs might offer me more chances to make theological comparisons; a kind of anthropological experiment, if you will. ... |

Editorial: No deficit for state now, but red ink ahead The essential fuel for Minnesota's economic growth isn't government spending restraint. It's a well-educated, highly productive workforce -- and that asset is at risk when government goes on a diet that's too extreme. The state budget has rebounded ... |
Hoe! Hoe! Hoe! CHRISTMAS GARDENING BOOKS
I have always treasured the story of the Mitford sister - I think it was Unity - whose brief flirtation with formal education ended when she was expelled for changing a single letter in a public recitation of Thomas Brown's winsome ...
