Boxers offer an upgrade in underwear for men with options that aren't just fun but sensible - think comfort, support, even shaping. And the typical bra, panty or lingerie gifts are so uber-sexy that they are more fantasy and fetish than everyday, but there's a happy medium that's a realistic upgrade in day-to-day underwear yet still worth unveiling.

As for socks, you don't have to opt for the zaniest kaleidoscope print you can find, even a subtle design with a splash of color can be an upgrade for a strict white-and-black-socks type of guy.
